Initiation into Hermetics by Franz Bardon
I recommend all of Franz Bardon’s books to those who wish to cultivate their senses, mental focus, physical vessel, and astral body to connect with elementals and to be clear channels for their energy. Although elemental research has expanded astronomically since Franz Bardon’s time, his mental and physical exercises are still incredibly attractive and useful for spiritual adepts who want to communicate with elementals, achieve astral travel, and develop mastery over their own thoughts and mental faculties.
